Unfortunately, our new website platform does not have a gift card redeem feature.

Owners of Red Oxx Gift Cards must contact Red Oxx Customer Care to redeem their gift cards.

Call toll free 1-888-733-6999 and our Customer Care Team will assist you in placing your order. 

Red Oxx will not be able to carry your remaining redeemable credit on your gift card but can can credit your account on Dollars on the Net. You must CALL to redeem any remaining credit on your account.

For example, if you don't use your entire card amount, you may use it up during your next phone order. 

Both Gift Cards and Email Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. They may be refunded by the original purchaser only.
