If you should experience a defect, in either materials or workmanship, or unexpected damage to your bag, first fill out and print out this handy Red Oxx Warranty Return Form with Shipping Label (you must have Adobe 8 reader or higher to fill out the form online) and then simply pack and ship your product back to us at:

Product must be clean and free of debris. Dirt and debris such as coins, pens, paper clips, even small pieces of paper can damage our equipment during the repair process. Dirty soiled bags can sometimes contain allergens, causing health issues with our employees. Please remove all personal items from your bag before sending it in.

NOTE: We are not a cleaning service, our factory is set up to only handle clean materials.
Any bags determined to be unfit for repair on our equipment will incur a cleaning fee of $25 to the workorder during processing. This cleaning process takes a lot of extra time so please be considerate and clean your bag before you send it in to us.
NEVER CLEAN YOUR BAG IN A WASHING MACHINE OR DRYER. This could void your warranty as it can destroy the coated lining and cause it to flake, not to mention the damage that hardware could inflict on your machine.
Your bag will be repaired & shipped back to you within 90 days from processing arrival.
Shipping to and from Red Oxx is at the customer’s expense. Shipping your item with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance is encouraged.
Once your product has been received your card will be billed up to $15 for Ground return shipping or $30 UPS Priority for International locations. Upon completion you will receive an email from email@example.com with a link to tracking information.
