All Red Oxx travel bags and accessories that we manufacture are covered by our famous no questions asked “No Bull” Lifetime Warranty.

As time rolls a ceaseless course, only the genuine guarantee remains. The mountains will persist, the oceans are bound to endure and Red Oxx will continue to be rugged, reliable, and tough. To the depths of the Amazon basin to the peaks of the Himalayas, Red Oxx Manufacturing is infallible. Our products are guaranteed forever, be sure to include them in your will. If you should experience a defect, in either materials or workmanship, or unexpected damage to your bag, first fill out and print out this handy Red Oxx Warranty Return Form with Shipping Label (you must have Adobe 8 reader or higher to fill out the form online) and then simply pack and ship your product back to us at:

Product must be clean and free of debris. Dirt and debris such as coins, pens, paper clips, even small pieces of paper can damage our equipment during the repair process. Dirty soiled bags can sometimes contain allergens, causing health issues with our employees. For instructions on how to properly clean your bag, visit: How to clean your bag.

A cleaning fee of $25 will be billed for bags determined to be unfit for repair on our equipment.

Shipping to and from Red Oxx is at the customer’s expense. Shipping your item with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance is encouraged.

Our Warranty Inspection Team (WIT) will inspect your bag, review options and then make every effort to repair your bag first. If we are unable to repair your bag, we will replace the item one time with an identical product, in the same, or similar color, at no charge. 

Red Oxx does not have a bag “loaner program”. 

Your repaired bag will be shipped back to you within 30 days from processing arrival. Replacements may take 21 business days from day of processing arrival but usually only if product or color is on backorder).

Your repaired or replaced item will be returned to you via UPS Ground (U.S.A.) or UPS Priority International (outside the U.S.A.).

Once your product has been repaired or replaced once, your credit card will be billed up to $15 for UPS Ground for the return shipping or $30 UPS Priority for International locations. You will receive an email from shipping@redoxx.com with a link to tracking information. 

Red Oxx cannot replace lost or stolen products. Red Oxx cannot "exchange" or replace a worn out bag for a different model bag.

The Red Oxx Lifetime Guarantee is completely transferable for life. Covered are all bags and accessories made by us including Limited Editions, Special Editions, Custom bags, Corporate Promotional orders and mass produced bags, at any time in our history, regardless of how they were obtained – gifts, second hand store, ebay auctions, hand-me-downs, custom work or modifications done by Red Oxx. Our “No Bull” Lifetime Warranty is, in a word, unconditional!
