Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Criteria: You are welcome to return your UN-USED Red Oxx bag or qualifying accessory for exchange or refund for any reason.
For quickest service, simply fill out our official Red Oxx Exchange and Return Form, (Download Adobe Reader 11) OR click the "Open with different reader" button at the top of the document to easily fill out online and then print. Includes a handy shipping label. If available, enclose a copy of your order receipt with the merchandise.
Time Period: Red Oxx cannot issue refunds on orders older than 90 days (from date of purchase).
Restocking fees may apply if any parts are missing from the product such as tags, cables or knots. Partial returns of sets will not be accepted.
The exchange / return form includes a few questions regarding any special instructions for exchange such as what you’d like to exchange for, color, size, etc.. We would also love to know why you're returning your bag? Perhaps the color wasn't what you expected, the size was wrong for you, or you didn't like the styling?
Your answering these types of questions allows us to work at improving our products and improving your website experience. We can then work on things such as more accurate color images, more information about size, perhaps adding a pocket, or even a new size bag, etc.. Your responses help us to help you.
We’ll ship you the exchange product you requested as quickly as possible via FedEx Ground Shipping on our bill, or refund (credit) your account for the purchase price of the item returned. You will be sent a tracking email upon shipping out your exchanged item.
Processing Time for Exchanges: Please note that depending on stock availability, an exchange could take up to 10 working days before shipping. If an item is out of stock it may take up to 60 days before shipping. If you require faster shipment, please make note of it on the form.
Processing Time for Returns: Once the item(s) have been inspected, you can expect about 48 hours for the bank to refund your account.
Return shipping will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser of the product.
Red Oxx takes no responsibility for duties or customs fees on International order exchanges.
