Shipping Carrier

Our primary mail carriers for all U.S.A. domestic destinations are FedEx, UPS or USPS depending on location and cost. Our shipping software automatically selects the most appropriate carrier unless otherwise specified by the customer. 

USPS Priority Mail is used for Alaska & Hawaii. Ground shipping to these states is not available. 

Canadian and International orders chose International Economy or USPS Priority International. 

Orders to PO Boxes and APO / FPO / DPO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 

Tracking is included on all online orders and is sent via Ship Station from FedEx, UPS or USPS. Email will appear in your inbox from info@redoxx.com. Please whitelist this address. 

Customers may request alternate shipping carriers FedEx, UPS or USPS, by leaving a request in the comment box during checkout. Your order will be adjusted accordingly.
